No. SafePulse is for anyone who wants a small, trusted support circle—roommates, students, families, veterans, seniors living independently, solo travelers, neighbors, and care teams.
Can SafePulse help with mental health and suicide prevention?
SafePulse supports wellness with optional mood check-ins, journaling, and a quick help button to reputable resources. It does not replace professional care or emergency services. If you’re in crisis or concerned for someone’s immediate safety, contact local emergency services. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Who is SafePulse for?
Individuals and small groups who want safety + wellness without surveillance: families and caregivers, students and roommates, seniors living independently, solo travelers, neighbors, and small community groups. Circles keep support personal; Pro suits larger communities.
How do circles work?
Create circles for groups that watch out for each other—Family, Roommates, Care Team. Free includes 1 circle; Plus up to 3; Pro unlimited. Each circle supports up to 10 people.
Why cap circles at 10 people?
Small circles stay personal and responsive—big enough for family or a care team, small enough to avoid alert fatigue. Need larger groups? Contact us.
Do I have to share my location?
No. Location sharing is optional and can be enabled per circle (and turned off anytime). Alerts and check-ins still work without continuous location tracking.
How do alerts work?
Start an SOS or silent check-in. Primary responders are notified first; if nobody acknowledges quickly, alerts escalate. Most updates happen in-app to keep noise low.
What is SafePhrase™ duress?
A discreet keyword and challenge question to signal duress and trigger help—even if you can’t reach the screen.
What if I lose signal or my battery is low?
The app warns your circle about low battery. On Pro, offline mode queues your alert and sends it once reconnected. In an emergency, call local services.
Does SafePulse replace 911 or local emergency services?
No. SafePulse coordinates your circle. Always call local emergency services when you need immediate help.
Which devices does it support?
iOS and Android. Pro integrates with Apple Health and Google Fit for wellness features.
How much does it cost?

What data do you collect and who can see it?
